I am a Clinical Hypnotist & Reiki Master/Teacher. These modalities are a little bit different than traditional talk therapy. Prior to each session, I encourage an open dialogue. We will pinpoint your exact goals & needs and make a plan. I will also address any questions or concerns you may have before our actual session. Hypnosis is a targeted approach to create long lasting positive change. And Reiki (a form of energy healing) can help restore balance & heal the entire energetic system. My clients typically notice a desirable shift even after just one session.
Hypnosis is all about getting everything just right for you. I will be more of your guide to find out what works best for you as an individual. Hypnosis is just like when you update a computer. All of the old info is still there (nothing lost or forgotten), but there’s a new better mode of processing in place.
Reiki is a healing technique that involves light touch to allow energy to flow freely. Depending on what we have to deal with, sometimes parts of us can become stuck or blocked &/or overactive/under active. Reiki helps unlock the body's natural healing abilities. I offer sessions dedicated to either modality + combination sessions. Sliding scale: $60-$90
