In many years of practice, I have helped people understand turning points in their lives, transform relationships and gain respect for their own capacity to cope, change and grow.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and CBT interventions are utilized throughout my work with: Social Anxiety, Couples and Families, LGBTQ, Blended Families, Grief and Bereavement, Coping with Chronic Illness, Business Coaching, Adolescent Anxiety and Depression and more.
