Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I specialize in body image, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and athletes. I am extremely passionate about helping others strengthen their relationship with themselves, their body, and food. My aim is to help others reconnect with themselves and their intuition to live fully & wholly within their body. My hope for you is that you learn to access your intuition, and develop self-compassion and self-acceptance with the parts of you that are vulnerable, raw, and unedited. I believe that everyone deserves to recognize and believe in their own value.
My approach begins with establishing a genuine and caring therapeutic relationship. I work one on one to help you come back to yourself—mind, body, heart, and soul as you take steps to improve your relationship with yourself. As your psychotherapist, I utilize a self-compassionate, somatic and emotion focused approach.
I firmly believe that we can heal through therapy and learn to accept the parts of ourselves we keep hidden. Reaching out for support is a strength, not a weakness. Reaching out requires a great deal of courage. I'm here when you're ready.
