Are you often slowed down by to depression, stopped by anxiety, or defeated by your emotions? Do you wonder why you seem to have to feel as you do? Do you wish you could feel better & do better, moving beyond your current circumstances? Do you tend to do well with caring support, combined with education, strategies, and powerful questions that make you think? This is the type of work I do. I also do well with couples who want to improve communication and relationship skills.
REBT and CBT help you feel better by teaching you to have a new relationship with your own thinking, emotions, and behaviors. They're designed to help you, not judge you. They educate and empower you. (PS--I am an ally!)
Patient feedback about my styles: comforting, open, warm, professional, supportive, nonjudgmental, honest, and humorous. My client base is diverse: doctors, lawyers, accountants,CEO's, business owners, nurses, students, teachers, athletes, actors, musicians, stay-at-home parents, contractors, truck drivers, plumbers, others.
