***Not accepting new clients at this time***My style is very warm and interpersonal. The relationship between myself and my client is the most important part of therapy because it is the foundation from which all change happens. My clients know that I always believe in their ability to change and grow. I feel that clients give me a very sacred trust when they share their lives with me, and I treat that with the utmost respect.
My biggest strength is building effective therapeutic relationships. I am also very skilled in cognitive-behavioral and insight-oriented therapy. For Christian clients, I use a faith-based approach that is individualized according to the client's wishes. I typically use a variety of techniques to resolve client issues.
With excellent therapy and customer service, clients can expect that I will help them uncover the roots of their problems in order to bring about lifetime changes.
