Every person is unique and requires a personalized, positive, and focused solution to today's challenges. Healthy individual thinking, positive relationship behavior, and personal goal fulfillment are what most people desire in life. By helping people help themselves, I can assist in creating an action plan of change that has clear, obtainable goals including the inner calm and outward assertiveness needed to live an effective and satisfying life. Since becoming licensed in California in 1987, I have helped individuals, couples and families reach their goals in a variety of settings.
In a safe and calm office setting, I will assist you in developing a reasonable and thoughtful action plan. I help individuals with anxiety, depression, addictions, adjustment issues, parenting, and trauma recovery. In my practice, couples create communication strategies that decrease conflict and increase positive engagement and intimacy.
I help individuals reprocess traumatic and fearful incidents from the present and past with EMDR, which can help achieve individual and relational wellbeing. In addition, I mentor new therapists towards their licensure, provide incapacity evaluations, and facilitate Critical Incident Debriefings with major corporations and municipal workplaces throughout Central Florida.
