Peter Thomas, PhD, Psychologist in Seattle
I am a direct, warm and interactive therapist. I love working with couples seeking deeper intimacy and more clarity about their future, and with individuals coping with challenging relationships and other difficulties. I encourage clients to trust themselves, believe what their bodies know, and do what they truly love. My best work is with clients who not only seek immediate relief but also want to grow emotionally, creatively, and spiritually.
I use body awareness, imagery, role-play and energy practices as well as talking therapy. My training includes family systems, psychodrama, Gestalt, Process-oriented Psychology, dream study and shamanism. I've led workshops in Poland, Russia, and Africa, helping me to see the world through many different eyes.
I would be happy to meet with you for a free, brief consult. I've found it's a good way to determine if we would work together well.
