Welcome! I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions to help my clients manage everything from day to day stressors to major life change. I have provided therapy services for over 25 years.

I use a collaborative approach and encourage patients to practice therapeutic strategies at home and in the community.
