At The Center for Creativity and Healing, we welcome adults, children, and teens to our practice. We work to provide a relationship in which you feel less alone in your struggles and more understood. Together with your provider, you will work to discover your own inner wisdom and passion for living, leading to an authentic relationship with yourself and those around you. At The Center for Creativity and Healing, we believe that human connection and creative expression are the pathways to meaningful change.
We understand the importance of finding a provider that fits your needs, whether you are seeking a Spanish speaking provider, an LDS provider, or a registered play therapist. The Center will work to match you with a provider that will best service what you are looking for.
In addition to our comfortable talk therapy rooms, our facility includes a large play therapy room for children. We also have an art therapy and sand tray room with a variety of materials for teens and adults to express themselves. Create a step towards healing and contact us today.

The Center for Creativity and Healing's Groups

Teen Self-Harming Recovery

This group is for teens who have a desire to discontinue self-harming and would like to gain peer support as they work to understand what drives them to cut and gain healthy coping skills. I am willing to meet with potential group members for a free consult and assessment, to determine if the individual would benefit from the group.

Women's Art Therapy Group

This group is intended for women interested in participating in art therapy as a means to heal. While creating meaningful art representations you will work as a group to gain further insight and self-awareness. Through the process of sharing, connection, and learning about yourself, you will gain tools to increase self-worth and self-acceptance. You do not have to be an artist to join this group. A variety of art therapy materials will be provided during each group process. Insurance can be billed for this group. Interested candidates may contact the Center for Creativity & Healing to inquire more.

Child Parent Relationship Therapy Training

The Child- Parent relationship is the most significant one in a child’s life. Filial therapy is a unique approach used by professionals trained in play therapy to train parents to be therapeutic agents with their own children at home. Parents are taught basic child-centered play therapy principles and skills: reflective listening, recognizing and responding to children’s feelings, therapeutic limit setting, and building self-esteem through structured weekly play sessions. Parents learn how to create a non-judgmental, understanding and accepting environment that enhances the parent-child relationship.
