I welcome adults, children, and teens to my practice! I work to provide a relationship in which you feel less alone in your struggles and more understood. Together we will work to discover your own inner wisdom and passion for living, leading to an authentic relationship with yourself and those around you.
I believe that human connection and creative expression are the pathways to meaningful change. My training and experience in play therapy (ages 3-10), sand tray therapy, and expressive arts therapy lends to my creativity in working with individuals of all ages.

Child Parent Relationship Therapy Training

The Child- Parent relationship is the most significant one in a child’s life. Filial therapy is a unique approach used by professionals trained in play therapy to train parents to be therapeutic agents with their own children at home. Parents are taught basic child-centered play therapy principles and skills: reflective listening, recognizing and responding to children’s feelings, therapeutic limit setting, and building self-esteem through structured weekly play sessions. Parents learn how to create a non-judgmental, understanding and accepting environment that enhances the parent-child relationship.
