I am a NYS licensed psychologist and a certified School Psychologist, specializing in neuropsychological, educational and forensic assessments. I am also faculty at Columbia University. If you suspect that you or your child has a learning disability, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD) or other difficulties, you would benefit from an evaluation. Ages 0-5: Assessments for services and admission to specialized schools. I diagnose delays, Autism, speech problems and behavioral issues. Ages 5-18: Testing involves IQ and academic testing, as well as behavioral management. I also evaluate for accommodations on the SATs for extended time, separate location, etc.
College/Adults: Psychoeducational evaluations for college accommodations and on standardized tests such as the LSAT, GMAT, GRE,and board exams (Bar, CPA). Waivers, extended time, separate location, and use of assistive technology may be provided. On legal cases, I perform evaluations for injury cases and serve as an expert witness.
I have extensive experience in all types of assessments. I aim to help individuals function at their optimal level, irrespective of deficits. My three locations in Queens, Manhattan and Nassau county as well as flexible appointments allow for greater convenience for all. I accept several insurances, credit cards and checks.
