Sandra Varley's Groups
The Holiday season can be especially difficult for anyone dealing with grief, abuse, depression, anxiety or addiction. This year, give yourself the gift of a more peaceful, satisfying season. Set aside this hour for our circle of respectful, deep listening to the Sacred, to self and to others. Each week will begin with a guided meditation of approximately 20 minutes given by the leader, followed by a time of shared reflection. Topics include radical acceptance, gratitude, joy, truth, and light. Sessions are 60 minutes. Cost: $55 for all five weeks.
If you have experienced interpersonal abuse, assault, abandonment or betrayal, and are reclaiming yourself from this experience, come join us as we support one another in restoring wholeness to our lives. In this group, we come together to re-build self-esteem and let go of shame. We also learn to honor ourselves and to build healthy relationships with others. All sharing will be done in an atmosphere of safety and respect. A 10-week commitment to the group is required. Next session begins soon! Session dates: Sept. 8-Dec. 8, 2015
