Using easy to implement tools for healthy communication, I help couples negotiate desire discrepancy, find creative solutions for low-sexual marriages, and navigate the impact of extra-marital relationships: including infidelity repair, polyamory, & consensual non-monogamy. I am kink aware & LGBTQ+ friendly.

As a highly trained individual, couples and sex therapist, I help people overcome difficulties with sexual functioning or enjoyment. I also actively support those on the fertility journey: encouraging self- advocacy, healthy communication, & thoughtful decision-making. Together, we will identify strengths, diminish anxiety, & bolster positive coping skills.

Using insight, humor, and practical, common sense tools, we will highlight and solidify what is already working well, while identifying, addressing, and rectifying what could use a shift.
