Many of us desire a sense of calm, connection, and well-being. Yet life circumstances and even parts of ourselves can prevent us from having these experiences in our day to day lives. Providing a safe and non-judgmental place to explore your struggles and emotional pain is essential to my practice. I feel honored to support those who desire to grow and heal.
My specialties include: trauma/abuse, mood/anxiety disorders, grief, and relationships. I provide consultation and counseling services to adults 18+ through the following: Individual, Couples, and Group Therapy. I welcome people of all sexual orientations, religions, and ethnic backgrounds.
My training and practice as a registered yoga teacher influences my approach to life and to therapy. It assists me in cultivating and sharing the qualities of compassion and balance. Expressive Arts Therapy is utilized at times to help access and communicate emotion. The art modalities used may include drawing, writing, clay, and collage.
