I specialize in helping women (and men) increase Consciousness, explore and transform destructive patterns, and develop meaningful relationships, foremost with themselves. Increased awareness grows your array of available life choices and ability to stay in the present moment. I'm trained in Hakomi, a body-based therapy, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Meditation.
