My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that every individual has it within their capacity to heal, create change, and greatly improve their lives. I offer quality therapy services in a secure and comfortable setting. I assure you that my services will be rendered in a professional manner consistent with ethical standards. Throughout your journey, our work together will focus on collaboration, trust, and non-judgmental exploration of barriers to living fully with purpose, meaning, and satisfaction in your life and relationships. Accordingly, I integrate a wide-range of interventions drawing from a variety of theories and schools of thought.

My interest, training, and experience emphasizes working with the mind-body connection. My work encompasses the importance of addressing this connection throughout therapy with Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Somatic Practice, Sensorimotor, Natural Processing, and somatic focused EMDR therapies. I am passionate about growing, learning, and continually expanding my abilities through ongoing consultation and training.
