My focus is on helping clients develop Mental Fitness skills. I consider most "disorders" to arise from accumulated skill deficits across time. Thus, I am far less interested in defining disorders and far more interested in helping clients obtain the needed skills for success. To this end, I offer online, skills-based classes in conjunction with Transformational Coaching through the Mental Fitness Institute. Unlike traditional psychotherapy, coaching sessions are conducted telephonically or online. If you are ready to learn the skills needed to fully embrace your potential and construct the life you desire, then come join the Mental Fitness Revolution!
While I am fully prepared to deal with clinical issues, this will not be the primary focus of our work. We will be concentrating on helping you construct the life you really want to live and removing the blocks that stand between you an your best self.

This class promotes continued skill development by focusing on target areas identified in the Foundations Class. The coaching component of this class is increased to assist clients in problem-solving issues that arise as they attempt to change core beliefs/values, abandon past destructive habits and formulate holistic mental fitness skills for massive personal and business success. Class goals include further skill development and holding a space of love and acceptance in conjunction with high accountability for change. We recommend graduates of this class move into MFIT 301: Mental Mastery 360 Class and/or MFIT 401: Mental Mastery Target Classes.

MFIT 301/401: Mental Mastery 360/Target Classes

For clients who need to expand their positive sphere of influence, we recommend the 360 Class, which includes foundational interpersonal and intrapersonal skills but introduces advanced techniques to support professional advancement and financial success. Additionally, with a 360 view of functioning, we promote higher performance and confidence levels by teaching clients to incorporate positive and negative feedback with ease. In our Target Classes, we drill down into skills needed for very specific areas (e.g., self-care, mood mastery, entrepreneurial success, relationship savvy, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, anxiety busters, coping in character, etc.). MFIT 101: Mental Mastery Foundations Class

One goal of the class is to increase insight and awareness regarding skill deficits and their negative life impact. More importantly, we combine the coursework (live online webinars) with Transformational Coaching in which clients are coached in small groups to further foster skill development and problem-solve interfering issues. For continued skill development, clients next move into MFIT 201: Mental Mastery Applications Class.
