Trained as a Psychologist and a Life Coach, I bring a unique blend of therapeutic and coaching techniques with Transformational Life Coaching (TLC), which focuses on helping clients develop mental fitness skills needed for life success. I consider most "disorders" to arise from accumulated skill deficits across time. Thus, I am far less interested in diagnosing disorders and far more interested in helping clients focus on positive solutions to identified issues within this skills-based framework. Coaching sessions may be conducted in person, telephonically or online. When calling me, be sure to leave a message. I WILL return the call!
Transformational Life Coaching briefly focuses on the "problems" to understand what you DO NOT WANT while intensely focusing on positive reframes and solutions that define what you DO WANT. The bulk of the work is in assisting clients in developing the skills needed to acquire the life they desire.
Client needs drive the approach of each session. All sessions are self-pay, as I no longer accept insurance in order to provide complete privacy for client issues and to avoid a diagnosis that may follow clients via insurance. Online classes in Mental Fitness are also available at

MFIT 301/401: Mental Mastery 360/Target Classes

For clients who need to expand their positive sphere of influence, we recommend the 360 Class, which includes foundational interpersonal and intrapersonal skills but introduces advanced techniques to support professional advancement and financial success. Additionally, with a 360 view of functioning, we promote higher performance and confidence levels by teaching clients to incorporate positive and negative feedback with ease. In our Target Classes, we drill down into skills needed for very specific areas (e.g., self-care, mood mastery, entrepreneurial success, relationship savvy, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, anxiety busters, coping in character, etc.). MFIT 101: Mental Mastery Foundations Class

This class is designed to provide an overview and antidote to skill deficits most commonly found in individuals with mood issues, anxiety, interpersonal problems, addictions, career or relationship failures or a variety of other "disorders." One goal of the class is to increase insight and awareness regarding skill deficits and their negative life impact. More importantly, we combine the coursework (live online webinars) with Transformational Coaching in which clients are coached in small groups to further foster skill development and problem-solve interfering issues.
