I support clients wanting to change by helping them identify their truths, increase coping skills and build self-awareness so that they have the power to transform their lives into what they are meant to be.
I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Virginia with a Masters of Science degree in counseling from Loyola University Maryland. I have experience with adults suffering from relationship problems, trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, addictions, and self-esteem issues.
I also specialize in spiritual integrated counseling and work with a pastoral counseling center.
