Pre-Licensed Professional, NCC, MS
"The truth will set you free" is apt in describing the key to mental health, but many of us need help before we can handle the truth. Anxiety, anger, depression, relationship issues and addictions are signs of our mind's defenses obscuring our truth. I support clients wanting to change by helping them identify their truths, increase coping skills and build self-awareness so that they have the power to transform their lives into what they are meant to be.
I have a Masters degree in counseling from Loyola University Maryland and am a Nationally Certified Counselor with over 1000 hours as an intern, and now resident, in pursuit of licensure. I have experience with adults suffering from relationship problems, life transitions, depression, anxiety, addictions, and self-esteem issues.
I also specialize in spiritual integrated counseling. I am acquainted with several faith traditions and have had multicultural training.
