My practice is dedicated to the idea that there is a warm compassionate presence alive in each of us that is capable of holding our most difficult experiences and healing our deepest wounds. My goal as a therapist is to help clients begin to identify and change the habitual patterns of reactivity that may be clouding their lives and relationships, become more relaxed and mindful about their emotions and motivations, and find greater clarity in the actions they take. If you would like to learn more about my approach and read testimonials from my clients, visit my wedsite at www.tedwalls.com
In my practice, I see couples, individual adults and adolescents. I have over ten years of experience helping clients dealing with a wide range of issues including: relationship problems, depression and anxiety, addictions of all kinds, trauma recovery, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, and mood instability.
My approach focuses on helping clients create a better relationship with themselves and others by using proven techniques and exercises that are immediately accessible from the very first session. My goal is to provide a warm and inviting environment that supports personal growth, self-acceptance, and relational healing.
