I like to tell my young clients that I have a great job because I get to work with students, parents, and teachers to figure out how kids' brains work. This involves identifying strengths and weakness that contribute to school performance and using this information for educational planning. Students of all ages, preschool though college, are referred for learning problems (reading, writing, math, language), ADHD-type symptoms, social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties, and other school-related issues. I also provide assessments for independent school admissions, including WPPSI-IV and WISC-IV evaluations.
