Tracy L. Davis, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Berkeley
I believe that people intuitively know what they need to grow, change and heal. Often there are internal barriers, old stories, patterns or ways thinking that prevent us being able to make the changes that we want for our lives and our relationships. I use a highly collaborative and nuanced approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple and family. Through a mutual process, we will begin to uncover the hope, insights, strengths, and skills needed to address the current challenges or difficulties impacting you, your partnership or family.
I specialize working with the LGBTQQI2SA community particularly gender expansive individuals and couples. I have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma. I specialize in working with adolescents and helping families to navigate this life cycle transition.
I offer psychotherapy for adults, preteens, adolescents, couples and families. I am trained in relational EMDR interventions by Laurel Parnell. I used strengths-based, client-centered, and culturally responsive approach. I use art, somatic and sand tray interventions. My office is located in downtown Berkeley and walking distance from Bart.
