I'd like to help you get back on track, find some inner peace amidst all the chaos, and have fun along the way.
My practice focuses on working with women of ALL ages. I can help you find the skills/strategies that will best help you with whatever is going on in your life - stress, anxiety, depression, grief, boundaries, codependency, OCD, trauma . . . whatever it is we will work together to get you back on track.
