Our ideal client is a child, teen, or adult who wants to feel better, perform better and/or improve relationships by accessing counseling or other services. Mindful Health consists of a network of clinical social workers, school psychologists, a clinical psychologist, and a hypnotherapist with a variety of experiences and expertise. We seek to understand the needs of the person to match the therapist and services that are most appropriate. Individual, Marriage or Family Counseling services. Hypnotherapy for smoking cessation. Accepting new patients for testing to determine ADHD and Learning Disabilities and other diagnostic needs. We offer NEUROFEEDBACK for ADHD!
Counseling enhances life skills and well being. Psychoeducational evaluation provides information on the nature of an individual's strengths and needs to include cognitive abilities, processing skills, achievement, and behavioral/social emotional functioning. Testing determines learning disorders, ADHD, or the need for accommodations in school/college. Diagnostic findings drive treatment.
The mission of Mindful Health is to provide compassionate and high quality health care. What makes us unique is we offer a variety of mental health and educational services under one roof!
