Joseph P Bablonka, MA, PhD, Psychologist in Anchorage
My primary focus is to respectfully help you identify and deal with your concerns. Recovery from, or better management of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bereavement, phobias, transition, performance management, and pain management are central areas of my practice. My approach is eclectic. After consultation with you, we will move forward with what will work best for you. I use my experience and knowledge as a clinical and consulting psychologist to help you more effectively manage, confront and resolve, emotional, behavioral and cognitive concerns. I enjoy working with individuals, groups, and in organizational environments.
As a psychologist and therapist, I use my experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal relationships to support you. I am EMDR trained. As a consulting psychologist, I offer over 20 years of successful experience providing performance management/process consultation to individual and business environments.
Over the years I've been fortunate to obtain a rich cross cultural perspective of people. I have worked with a broad spectrum of individuals and organizations within different countries and cultures. These experiences have helped me to gain valuable perspectives with which to assist people in reaching their desired goals.
