We offer several new therapies, including 1) Light Therapy for depressive disorders, 2) Non-medical pain management, and 3) Relaxation Therapy.

Chronic Pain Management

This group will focus on a new skill weekly to help individuals cope with chronic pain due to various conditions. Techniques will include progressive muscle relaxation, automatic thoughts, cognitive restructuring, activity scheduling, and relapse prevention. There is a weekly fee of $10 and RSVP in required.

This weekly adult group will focus on mindfulness and meaningfulness in our lives. It will focus on the body, mind, spirit, and relationships and overcoming stress, anxiety, fear and unhappiness. This group will begin on September 15, 2016. There is a $10 weekly fee and an RSVP is required as this group is limited to 10 participants.
