My name is Crissy Fale and I am dually trained clinician. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship problems and addiction (whether it is you or your loved one is struggling with an addiction). I have had the privilege of serving the Evergreen area for over twenty years in a variety of capacities. I like a positive and holistic approach therapy.
I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, & Narrative Therapy.
I offer understanding and empathy in a comfortable and safe environment to work towards your goals. Rapport building initially and I want to hear your story! It can be anxiety provoking starting therapy and I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I believe in a trust based relationship and going at your pace as you are comfortable.
