Elizabeth Franqui, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Ridgewood
Do you feel overwhelmed, alone or just struggling with a decision? I offer Counseling in a non-judgmental, supportive setting focused on helping YOU to achieve the best quality of life. Together we will work through the crisis, build communication, and identify your strengths. I am bilingual Spanish and culturally sensitive. I have vast experience dealing with issues encountered through cultural norms and in breaking barriers to create positive change.
Utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy you will discover negative thinking patterns that result in anxiety, anger and depression. We will examine your perception which may explain how your decisions result in poor choices. Then we will work through the process of developing goals to increase your level of functioning and overall quality of life.
Each person is unique in their own way. Don't waste any more time and continue suffering. Call me. Lets start building a new tomorrow.
