My practice has a specialty of providing tailored, compassionate care for a variety of concerns, particularly anxiety, panic, and other stress and anxiety based issues. I aim to be supportive, collaborative, practical, and warm in my style. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of the healing and change that can happen in therapy. I have been trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness approaches, positive psychology, and solutions based therapy and am also interested in the connections between our current experiences and their roots in our past.
