Anger Management Class

This class is designed to meet the needs of informational education on managing and coping with anger. We offer a certificate at the end of training to show your completion of your course. In this class, we discuss origins of anger, healthy anger vs. unhealthy anger, anger triggers, signs of building anger and safe ways to displace and deal with your anger. This could work for personal information, court orders, and human resource department requirements. Class requires a minimum of 4 participants. For more information visit 12 sessions total.

Designed to improve your parenting skills and strengthen your impact on your child and build your relationship with them. We address healthy parenting goals, “Do’s and Don’ts” of parenting, outside influences on your parenting and kids, and good discipline techniques, along with open discussion.
