I provide therapy for individuals, couples and adolescents. I use methods of therapy that can enable you to effectively address depression, anxiety, trauma and any life transition circumstances. I am also a certified Hypnotherapist, which is a positive approach to overcoming the fears/challenges holding you back from the success you desire and deserve.
