I have been working with adolescents and adults for the past ten years. I support clients with issues related addiction, lives that have been affected by trauma and abuse, I teach techniques to improve emotional regulation, and create a safe caring environment to explore life transitions and relationship challenges.
I teach courses in Stress Management and Mindfulness. My intention is to offer a safe and accepting environment where you will have the opportunity to learn how to move more calmly and confidently in your daily life. And experience healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
