I enjoy offering a corrective therapeutic experience aimed at helping you live a more connected life. I have many years of experience working with complex trauma and I am an EMDR certified clinician. Clients who have struggled with other therapists' styles often find my practice and begin to make noticeable changes pretty quickly. I am an engaged therapist with a knack for tracking patterns.

I specialize in work with adults and relationships who are struggling with PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, sexual-identity issues, LGBTQ+, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, burn out, relational conflict, ethical non-monogamy, attachment issues, and with people who generally would like to find more enjoyment in their relationships and lives.

My interventions are rooted in science and research and are aimed at helping to reduce the symptoms in your life or relationships that are getting in the way of you living the kind of life that you are excited to live.
