I traditionally work with stressed teens, men that have trouble identifying their emotional difficulties, women that feel under appreciated, LGBT persons, and couples struggling with intimacy issues. I have a contemplative and humanistic approach to therapy that stresses the inherent value and worth of every person. In my practice, my clinical work seeks to understand and address the ways that personal, relational, and societal forces impact personal growth and relationships. From that, I have helped adults struggling with difficult life transitions, couples find greater intimacy, and families overcome relational difficulties.
