Often seeking help can be difficult and intimidating. It takes courage and strength to reach out, and I want you to know you are not alone. Together, we can explore and find connections to make lasting changes. I will be with you, support you and give you guidence through your journey, as you learn to trust yourself. There are many layers of behaviors we do unconsciously that keep us "stuck" in life. I will help you move forward, and uplift you to a place where you can own your own well-being and live life as a whole, healthy person.
Learning where your survival behaviors (scripts) come from is important. Our unconscious core beliefs about ourself and others are the foundation in which we make decisions. I work with all addictions, stage 2 recovery, codependents, relationship issues, family of origin work, grieving and anyone who is struggling with life changes.
I council individuals, couples, and facilitate groups. A group setting is very healing in a supportive process. I am an advocate of the 12-step program or any other additional support clients may need. I have considerable experience teaching counselors how to work with addiction, stage 2 recovery, and struggling relationships.

Bobbi Edwards's Groups

Corrective Experience Group

Using a variety of therapy techniques (family of origin healing, triggers, deep emotional work with structure and tools) to be accountable and responsible for decicions I make both in and out of group. Part of the group structure is releasing repressed feelings and experiences from our childhood. This group is interactive and supportive. Recieving what we did not get as children. This structure creates safety, allowing us to go back and heal our childhood wounds.
