Tailored to the unique needs of each individual, therapy involves a looking back to see how the past has influenced the present, a becoming more mindful and focused in the present, and a way of learning new behaviors to replace those that no longer "work" to your advantage.
For more than twenty five years, I have been honored to share this journey with couples, families, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. And I continue to be impressed by the courage, strength and resilience of each individual's spirit.
