I founded Jackson Hole Therapy in 2004 as a specialized practice with for those pursuing trauma-informed care and support for various emotional issues including perinatal mental health. Every client is unique, with differing levels of comfort, ability to articulate their needs, and life view. At Jackson Hole Therapy, I tailor services to each client's needs while providing a warm, welcoming, and safe environment to enhance healing and growth. For those living outside of Teton County, I am able to provide remote and secure web-based services within the state of Wyoming. I believe choice and fit are crucial for therapeutic success.
As a trauma therapist with EMDR Level II training, I am motivated to assist my clients with developing feelings of safety, security, and stability. Once that is achieved, we discuss how to translate these concepts to their broader life with the hope that they pass from the survivor stage to truly thriving in their lives.
I am committed to the emotional health of our helping professionals. I offer clinical supervision for both newer and seasoned professionals and teach courses as requested for clinical supervision, ethics, trauma-informed care, and compassion fatigue. In addition, I consult with first responders on traumatic stress and resiliency.
