Together, we'll make sense of the things in your life that are troubling you, and explore ways to cope in order to help you feel less overwhelmed.
I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy, which means that the thoughts and feelings you have can be understood through old patterns and habits - typically unconscious until pieced together and appreciated in a way that is productive for you.
