I believe anyone can heal if they are motivated and given the tools they need. I have an eclectic approach which allows me to tailor your therapy to suit your needs. Many clients are finding quick relief with Accelerated Resolution Therapy and others choose traditional talk therapy.
I have specialized training in: Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a short term intervention for traumas, phobias, and loss; Equine Assisted Psychotherapy; and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am and have been involved in research for Depression, PTSD, trauma and anxiety. I am Christian, but work with any faith.
