I love counseling! I would feel honored to walk with YOU and work out solutions to issues causing hurt, conflict, and/or broken relationships. I work with everyone and work with most insurance companies (except Medicare) and many EAPs. My primary practice focuses on the value and worth of women. I confront shame and self-blame. I also see teenagers and work with their families as desired.

My great joy is to see relationships become more fulfilling! Relationships are sometimes hurt from things as simple as self-absorption, or as serious as abuse. My goal is to get to the root of the hurt, frustration, or fear YOU are experiencing, and assist you in becoming fully alive!

I feel a deep connection to my clients. Although I have experience with most conditions, I know that every session involves a unique situation with unique solutions.
