My practice focuses on helping individuals and families utilize healthy coping skills to deal with life situations and mental health related concerns. I focus on issues related to adoption, abuse, attachment, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief/loss, mood dysregulation, trauma, and impulse control difficulties. I have recently started co-facilitating DBT informed skills groups. I have extensive training in EMDR treatment, cognitive behavioral treatment strategies, and am a registered play therapist.
