I am a student of Dr. Martin Seligman. I hold a certification as a coach in his "Authentic Happiness" training program. This, combined with my long-standing experience as a teacher of meditation, offers a unique complement to the psychotherapy I provide.
My wife Mary, who is a physical therapist, and I have practiced in the same office for many years. Her skills have enriched my understanding of the human body and the need to craft solutions that take the body's needs fully into account.
