Whether you are struggling with a particular issue, or just can't shake the feeling that there should be more to life, I can help. I have a strong commitment to making treatment accessible to adults seeking to improve their functioning and relationships. This includes offering an inviting, safe, affordable, and confidential setting to do the healing work and growth my clients desire. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
My desire is to establish a safe container where you can explore what is happening in your life. The goal is to help provide you with the insights and tools you need to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors, and to encourage a deepening of intimacy, communication, and compassion.
I completed the Core Therapist training for survivors of sexual assault and abuse. I received training from the Medical University of South Carolina in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and using TF-CBT for Childhood Traumatic Grief. I have expertise with adoption, infertility, grief and loss, and depression.
