I have additional training to treat military and their families.
I have worked with families, couples, individuals, adolescents, and facilitated domestic violence groups. My emphasis is Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Dialectical Behavioral therapy. This can mean short term therapy or more, depending on what you would like to accomplish.
My approach as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. We can work together to relieve the presenting symptoms along with their underlying causes.
