Kristine Tye, MA, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Sherman Oaks
Your teenager has a lot on their plate - meaning that you do, too. Is it a normal teenage struggle, or something more? Teens are vulnerable to forming negative habits. If you want to identify what your teen needs and guide them to help themselves, call me. I help teens build skills to against obstacles like anxiety, anger, frustration, depression, or poor communication. I can help your high-achieving and high-stress student manage time and navigate emotions. I can help your underachieving or withdrawn teen take rewarding steps and accomplish meaningful goals.
I specialize in anxiety treatment for both adolescents and adults. My approach connects your unique teen with tools that help them heal and move forward using their own strengths. I work with mild to severe worry or stress to intense anxiety; mood swings to depression, OCD, PTSD.
Now is the time to make a change. You and your teen can have lasting relief and clarity on how to take clear steps forward and get out of this negative cycle. Contact me for a free phone consultation.
