Kristine Tye, MA, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Sherman Oaks
Is it a normal teenage struggle, or something more? Your teen is balancing a lot, meaning that you are, too! They may be struggling to navigate life's changes, and this leaves your teen vulnerable to negative habits. I can help identify what your teen needs and guide them to help themselves. I help teens build skills to against obstacles like anxiety, anger, frustration, depression, or poor communication. I can help your high-achieving and high-stress student manage time and navigate emotions. Similarly, I can help your underachieving or withdrawn teen take rewarding steps and accomplish meaningful goals.
My approach is designed to connect with your unique teen and help them heal and move forward using their own strengths. I specialize in anxiety treatment for both adolescents and adults. I work with mild worry, mood swings to severe depression, OCD, PTSD or anxiety.
You and your teen can have lasting relief and clarity. Contact me for a free phone consultation.
