Kristine Tye, MA, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Sherman Oaks
Are you looking for support with stress, worry, frustration, or emotional exhaustion? I specialize in anxiety treatment for adolescents and adults, and my approach will connect you and/or your teenager with tools that heal conflict and move life forward. I have extensive experience with worry and stress, anxiety and depression, communication and conflict resolution, social anxiety, OCD, PTSD, self-harm and eating disorders.
I can help your high-achieving and high-stress student navigate emotions and manage time. I can help your underachieving or withdrawn teen take rewarding steps and accomplish meaningful goals. Are you dealing with a "normal" struggle, or something more? We will find answers and solutions together.
You can have lasting relief and clarity. You can take clear steps forward and get out of this negative cycle. Is this the time to access support and make positive changes? Contact me for a free phone consultation for adult anxiety treatment, teen counseling or parent counseling.
