I am a neurodiverse-affirming therapist and have expertise in working with autistic and ADHD clients. My practice is focused on: late-diagnosis autistic and ADHD adults, those who are questioning whether or not they might be neurodivergent, partners/spouses of neurodivergent people, individuals needing support as they’re navigating caregiving and parenting.
I am also trained in EMDR, a therapeutic approach that processes traumatic memories and other difficult life experiences, and ultimately relieves distress.
