Weekly Therapy Group

While shyness is normal for most of us, particularly in our culture, at times it presents powerful inhibitions to living more fully and joyfully, accomplishing career goals as well as meeting and keeping new friends and intimate partners. And with shyness, we can frequently suffer in silence and isolation. Shyness and social anxiety does not have to prevent you from developing your social and emotional skills! This group offers a safe and caring environment to help you grow emotionally and minimize the impact that shyness and social anxiety can have on your day-to-day life.
