My approach is eclectic. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, guided meditation, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and stress management exercises, based on your needs and goals to establish the right path for you. This all becomes a part of your therapeutic process.
I have twenty years in the field of human service addressing men's and women's issues including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image and life's transitional stages. With an extensive background in school environments as both a teacher and counselor, older teenagers (18+), college students and new graduates are specialty areas.
