I specialize in helping people learn to take care of themselves and to cope with life's difficulties by being kinder and gentler with themselves. I am a NARM certified therapist (Neuroaffective relational model) and work with complex trauma. My focus is on helping you find what you need for yourself in order to create a more fulfilling life.

I am trained in crisis counseling, trauma counseling, complex trauma therapy, mindfulness based therapy, and mind-body based therapy. I tailor therapy to each client's needs because every individual is different and unique.
