I have over 20 years experience in the field with emphasis that last 10 years in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues and trauma. Most of us need to make the time and commitment to moving forward with our goals in life. It is true, the best decisions in life are often the hardest, I will support and guide you through your journey.
My focus is always to empower each client by teaching helpful skills using a variety of cognitive-behavioral techniques and to build assertive communication strategies for a balanced life. My specialty is a coaching style that will leave you with small attainable goals to lead you toward success at your pace that is not overwhelming.
I have received specialized training in several areas over the years which includes domestic violence, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship issues. I have a passion for working with couples as well as past training and extensive experience in working with law enforcement officers, firefighters and EMT personnel.
