I am passionate about personal empowerment and self compassion and strive to help my clients love and understand themselves in a new way.
I specialize in working with couples, including those who are experiencing high conflict, contemplating separation or infidelity. In addition, I have experience working with individuals experiencing high stress, anxiety or major life transitions.
