Daniel Herd, MSW, LCSW, LMSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Traverse City
Therapy should be fun. It should be something you look forward to, not something you push yourself to get through. I want you to leave the counseling session feeling lighter, more energized, and more enthusiastic about your future. My goal is to enthrive; and to help you do the same for yourself. Counseling with me is a series of skill sessions for your brain, to help it develop new methods of looking at the past and relating to the future. Together we can create your new outlook on life. Call or check out Enthrive North to find out more.
Your drug or drinking problem is not the same as every other one. It shouldn't be treated the same. I use non 12-step methods in a religion-neutral setting to help you achieve your goals. I also work with anxiety and stress using the same brain training techniques.
Most therapy is based on reliving the past. I focus on helping you re-create the past as you want it to be. I work with people taking medications as well as those seeking natural, alternative treatment for their problems. Text me anonymously at 720-515-4107 to start.

Outworking Anxiety

As a group, we will focus on how to outwit, outwork, and outlast anxiety to reduce or eliminate its negative effects on our daily lives.
